New Workshops, NEW SPACE!

On Saturday, our spring semester launched in our new facility, which features state-of-the-art labs for photography and filmmaking, as well as beautiful, light-filled classroom space for our comics and Art Discovery workshops and gallery space for exhibitions and screenings. This spring, our new space will be filled with 146 students participating in our Art Mentoring & Education program in this dynamic, experiential learning environment. This award-winning program fosters creativity and critical thinking through small classes with 1 artist for every 3 kids, develops young artists from beginning to Advanced Studies levels, and supports youth and their families as they navigate the college application process through our College Track.

We are very excited about our new, two-building campus, which doubles our size, and will allow us to expand our high-impact programs—including reaching the more than 150 low-income youth that we have been turning away for each of the past three years due to lack of space.

Want to see our new space in action? Email us or call 310.392.0846 to schedule a personalized tour.
