Angela T. Francis is a photo-based artist whose work explores identity, relationships and intersections of race and culture. She makes work as a means of questioning the construction of histories and identities, while combatting the notion of a single story. As a documentarian, Angela composes love letters that deconstruct the vernacular. She recently received a B.A. in Studio Arts with a concentration in Fine Art Photography and African American Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
