David Castillo

David "Chito" Castillo is a Latino artist/photographer based in Los Angeles, California who graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. He is currently our Program Coordinator for Venice Art's Center for Creative Workforce Equity and was a part of our L3 Digital Storytelling Fellowship during the Spring of 2023. His goal is to inspire others to create art on the basis of people's identities and lived experiences while looking to connect with surrounding communities. During his free time, David loves to workout, listen to music, shop for clothes, meditate, and hang out with family and friends. Fun fact: David also coaches soccer too!
