In Memory of Jay Cole

Jay loved being active … sail boat racing and tennis in his younger years …  golf, biking and canoeing later on. Throughout his life, Jay always enjoyed art and loved to paint. His love of travel and cruising took him to the far ends of the earth. Retired from the marketing and publishing world, Jay most recently worked with his wife CJ in real estate.

Jay was born in New York City in 1940 and lived in Venice since 1965. His wife CJ; their son Jay Jr., his wife Colleen and granddaughter Devon survive Jay.

Venice Arts is honored that the Cole family has designated our organization as a charitable beneficiary for gifts in Jay's memory. Your donation in Jay's memory will help share his love of art with the next generation, making the transformative power of the arts and creativity accessible for low-income young people in our community.
