Creative Sector Partnerships

We could not do our work without engaged and committed partners. Here are only a few highlights of the work we are doing together.

United Talent Agency: Creative Education & Summer Internship Placement

We are grateful to our long-time friends at UTA, who have been exceptional partners in so many ways, from presenting in our Creative Conversations series, to helping fund our immersive, creative career education program, to making a real commitment to on-the-job learning by dedicating a full-time, paid summer internship placement to a Venice Arts’ participant. Congratulations to Wendy Hernandez, this year’s summer intern at UTA!

Motor Trend | Discovery: 480-Hour Editing Pre-Apprenticeship Program

Venice Arts’ immersive Editing Pre-Apprenticeship program prepares young people for apprenticeships, entry-level jobs as Assistant Editors, and advanced learning. With a goal to align creative and technical learning that will be relevant to a variety of employers, we’ve worked closely with the team at Motor Trend to build out components of our curriculum. Venice Arts program participants work on a series of increasingly complex projects and client briefs, starting with Premiere and ending with Avid. Perhaps most importantly, these future creatives learn how to be great problem solvers so that they can be responsive and versatile in any work environment.
