Brandon C. Williams
Brandon C. Williams is the Senior Vice President of Universal Talent Development & Inclusion (UTD&I) at NBCUniversal Studio Group. He joined NBCUniversal in 2017 and became UTD&I's leader in 2024, focusing on empowering and elevating the diverse talents across the studio’s workforce, from trainees to creative professionals. UTD&I's mission is to develop, amplify, and support the careers of individuals telling stories that resonate with global audiences.
Before leading UTD&I, Williams was Vice President of Human Resources & Head of Talent Management at Universal Pictures, where he drove diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, including initiatives like Level Up and Leadership Coaching. He also helped establish the studio’s Inclusion Committee in 2020. Outside of his corporate role, Williams actively supports the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) and other DEI efforts.
Prior to NBCUniversal, Williams held HR and talent roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Turner Broadcasting. He has also served on the board of ARC and as part of the American Heart Association’s Executives with Heart. Williams holds a B.A. in Sociology from Morehouse College and an MBA from the University of Redlands. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
