We are thrilled to announce that Voices of the Forest: Thailand is an Official Selection at the 4th Annual G2 Green Earth Film Festival, which takes place August 5-7, 2016. The film will screen on Saturday, August 6th at 4pm.

Voices of the Forest is a series of short films that Venice Arts created collaboratively with staff and community members of The Center for People and Forests (RECOFTC) as part of a training program in participatory media in 2014. The three short films explore the unique relationship that local communities in Thailand, Myanmar, and Cambodia have with their surrounding forests, and the role that these communities play in sustaining forest ecology. See more about this documentary project here.
