stARTup LA 2020
Venice Arts is excited to be presenting an exhibition of work by our talented young artists, as part of stARTup LA. Bypassing the traditional gallery system, stARTup connects hungry art buyers to highly curated up-and-coming artists, and takes place at hip and stylish Kinney Venice Beach hotel. Venice Arts will mount a series of photos in the public corridors of the hotel. The printing of the student’s work was done with the help of POVevolving, the DTLA fine art printer who kindly donated their services for the project.
First Vote Exhibition & Screening
Please join us in celebrating our student’s thought-provoking work from First Vote, a series of youth-produced short films, still images and comics using the vehicle of storytelling to explore issues of importance to young people as they ready themselves to cast their first ballot in 2020.

Photo L.A. Opening Night to Benefit Venice Arts
Venice Arts is honored to be the Opening Night Beneficiary for this year’s Photo L.A.! Join us at Photo L.A. 2019 and enjoy the curated roster of local and international exhibitors as well as highly anticipated programming lectures, panel discussions, special installations, and docent tours. Take part in honoring Jo Ann Callis, benefitting Venice Arts, and mingling with the always eclectic Los Angeles photography community.
SPECIAL PERFORMANCE for Venice Arts' Students and Families: One Drop of Love
Theater artist Fanshen Cox DiGiovanni performs her one-woman show about “the intersections of race, class and gender in pursuit of truth, justice and LOVE.” This is a special performance exclusively for Venice Arts' students and their families.
OPEN HOUSE with the Del Rey Neighborhood Council
Join Venice Arts and our friends at the Del Rey Neighborhood Council for an Open House event to kickoff the fall season and celebrate arts, education, and community. Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres, tour our current exhibition, Venice Beach, The Last Days of a Bohemian Paradise, and meet the artist, photographer Dotan Saguy, and mix and mingle with other members of the Del Rey neighborhood.
